A MODERN WAREHOUSE will be the site of a new Rinus Roofing Supplies trade counter at Cross Green Vale Industrial Estate in Leeds.

The 10,785 sq ft unit was let to Rinus on a 10-year lease by property consultancy firm, Gent Visick for MSN Properties Ltd. GRM Property acted on behalf of Rinus. The company has over 30 years of experience in the roofing supplies industry with 24 branches across the UK.

Rinus Roofing Supplies sells a huge range of roofing supplies including everything from concrete, clay, fibre cement and slate tiles, to roof lights and insulation, alongside guttering, coverings, ventilation, sheet materials and felt.

The firm also sells a host of specialist products, accessories, lead, liquids and alternative coverings. Its head office is in Darwen, Blackburn and the firm also has two other branches in Yorkshire – one in Sheffield and one in Bradford.

The new Leeds depot includes a large secure 0.35 acre yard area and high quality ancillary ground floor offices.
