Read the latest magazine Industry News Plymouth Community Homes Secures Funding for 1000 New Affordable Homes 21 May 2021 PLYMOUTH’S LARGEST SOCIAL housing landlord, Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) has secured £65m funding to drive forward plans to build approximately 1,000 new affordable homes in the next 5 years. PCH will use the funding package to add to its existing portfolio of 16,000 homes in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. The majority of the new homes will be let at affordable rent, with shared ownership homes also being developed. The finance package from the NatWest will also support maintenance of PCH’s existing homes. PCH supplies social housing for more than 35,000 people in Plymouth employing 642 staff.
