Onduline merger

ONDULINE, the lightweight roofing specialist, is now part of the newly-created Ondura Group, an international waterproofing for buildings business.

The Group has been formed by Naxicap Partners following the acquisition of the Polish company CB in 2019, and of Germany-based alwitra.

Three Firms Under One Roof

Ondura offers solutions for waterproofing roofs and buildings for both private and professional customers.

It brings together three companies under one roof: Onduline, for lightweight roofing solutions and pitched roofs, alwitra, waterproofing systems for flat roofs, and CB, façade and roof membranes for pitched roofs.

Paul Duffy, Managing Director for Onduline in the UK, said: “As part of Ondura Group we can offer an even wider portfolio of solutions to our customers.”

Founded in France in 1944, Onduline manufactures bituminous corrugated roofing materials, with 9 production plants in 8 countries and 32 commercial subsidiaries worldwide.

Its roofing system is used for agricultural, industrial, leisure and DIY applications. For more information visit the Onduline website.
