Offering permanent job opportunities in 30 trainee roles available around the UK, NHBC is recruiting for people from all backgrounds to begin a rewarding career in the house building industry. The initiative is part of NHBC’s commitment to addressing the industry’s skills shortage and supporting the government’s pledge to build 1.5 million new homes. Trainee Recruitment Roles available include Trainee Building Inspector, Trainee Building Surveyor, Trainee Construction Quality Analyst and Trainee Technical Building Consultant. NHBC says that successful applicants will have the opportunity to build a long and rewarding career in construction, supported by NHBC’s structured training and expert mentoring. Professional accreditation and formal qualifications including BSc (Hons) can also be attained, dependent on the role. NHBC adds that it offers clear pathways to progress and those joining the company will have the chance to shape the future of house building while developing their professional expertise.
