NFRC’s Mike Wharton Resigns

AFTER MORE THAN 13 years with the roofing trade association, the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), Mike Wharton has decided to return to the commercial sector.

His time at NFRC, initially as North West Regional Manager and subsequently for the past two years as a member of the NFRC Senior Management Team, has seen Mike oversee a variety of key departments and projects, namely Membership, CompetentRoofer and more recently, the new accreditation programme RoofCERT.

Resignation

Mike Wharton said, “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with NFRC and remain passionate about the industry and its firms and people. I’d like to thank my team and all the staff at HQ and I look forward to maintaining the many relationships I have both within the organisation, and with the members and other stakeholders.”

James Talman, CEO of NFRC said, “We wish Mike well and offer our thanks for his dedicated service.”
