Read the latest magazine Industry News People New MD Appointed for Firestone UK and Ireland 12 April 2022 FIRESTONE BUILDING PRODUCTS (FSBP) has appointed Philip Moors to the role of managing director for the UK and Ireland, following the retirement of James Cave. An experienced business leader with a track record of more than 25 years in global building products markets, Philip has worked internationally for FSBP, part of the Holcim Group producing EPDM roofing systems, for the past 18 years. He brings an extensive understanding of industry trends, technologies, customers and markets to the UK and Ireland business, along with a clear focus on developing the UK and Ireland markets for Firestone’s full range of roofing solutions. Firestone Team Philip heads up an experienced team at Firestone Building Products UK & Ireland’s new offices in Knutsford, Cheshire, and will co-ordinate the activities of the team with FSBP’s EMEA headquarters in Belgium. “There is a huge opportunity to drive significant growth for FSBP in the UK and Ireland,” comments Philip, “and delivering strategic growth while focusing on high standards of quality and service is where my strengths lie, so I am really passionate about the potential here.
