Read the latest magazine Industry News People New Marketing Head for Specialist Construction Products Group 11 May 2026 Performance Technology Group has appointed Heidi O’Shea as Head of Marketing. Heidi will drive marketing strategy for the Group’s five specialist construction products brands AIM (Acoustic Insulation Manufacturing), CMS Danskin Acoustics, Euroform, IMS (Insulation Machining Services) and Ockwells. Joining from Barratt Redrow PLC, where she led divisional marketing strategy across the North West, Heidi brings over 20 years’ experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns. Her remit at Performance Technology Group is to elevate brand positioning and marketing effectiveness to strengthen customer engagement and drive commercial growth. In her previous role, Heidi was involved in marketing initiatives and fundraising efforts which generated over £100,000 for charities. Now at Performance Technology Group, which is part of SIG plc, she has joined SIG’s community and charity committee. Welcoming Heidi on board, Performance Technology Group’s Managing Director Ben O’Brien said, “Heidi brings terrific drive and expertise to communicate the strengths of our innovative specialist brands more effectively to construction product specifiers.
