New Look SIG Roofing Branch Opens its Doors Following Major Refurbishment

ROOFING and building contractors in Essex can now benefit from a one-stop-shop for all of their roofing needs following a major refurbishment of SIG Roofing’s branch in Southend-on-Sea.

SIG has invested significantly to maintain its service to customers in the area. This includes the creation of a brand new 80m² shop floor that showcases SIG Roofing’s wide range of products and services.

Major Refurbishment

David Platt, Branch Manager, said: “I’m delighted to officially open our doors following a major refurbishment of the branch. Previously, we only had a trade counter with limited display area, but the branch has been completely transformed with the new shop floor giving us the opportunity to display more stock and give our customers a better feel for the extensive range of products we have available.”

To celebrate the completion of the refurbishment, David and his team held a special open day in July, with local contractors invited down to see the improvements and have a chat to the SIG Roofing team.

“The building industry is a people business, so we wanted to give something back by holding a special grand opening event to thank people for their ongoing support. We put on refreshments and bacon butties as well because we know our customers love a cup of tea and a chat.

“We also had a number of exclusive special offers on the day that they could take advantage of, along with give-aways such as spirit levels and junior saws and branded t-shirts and baseball caps. I’d like to thank all those that came down to support us.”
