New Look for SIG Roofing’s Gloucester Branch

SIG Roofing’s Gloucester branch is the latest to benefit from the company’s investment programme, aiming to improve the quality of service it provides its customers following the completion of major refurbishment works.

The Gloucester branch has been transformed with a brand new showroom displaying a much wider range of products and a new trade counter.

Ken Giddins, Branch Director at SIG Roofing Gloucester, said: “We wanted to modernise the branch to create a warm and inviting showroom, giving us the opportunity to showcase a much wider range of products and to give our customers more choice.

“This was all about enhancing the service we provide our customers.  The footfall in our Gloucester branch has always been good, but we are not a company that rests on its laurels and there’s always more you can do to improve the customer experience.

“The good news is the refurbishment has gone down really well.  The feedback we have received has been excellent and I am delighted with the response we have had to our new look facilities.”

To mark the official re-opening, the company held an open day last week.

Ken continued: “The open day was a great way to celebrate our refurbished branch and thank our customers for their ongoing support.  Visitors had the opportunity to talk to SIG Roofing’s product and technical experts, as well as take advantage of promotional offers available on the day.

“We were also joined by product specialists from Fix-R, who did demonstrations throughout the day on EPDM, and we provided refreshments like bacon and sausage sandwiches for guests to enjoy.”
