While side hung rooflights are available as one of their standard options, top hung escape rooflights can now be supplied as a bespoke option. Escape Rooflights Modern reproductions of Victorian originals, Clement Conservation Rooflights are so versatile that they can be used in any property type, but they are particularly suitable for listed buildings or heritage projects and are regularly recommended by architects and conservation officers. Each rooflight is silicone fronted to give the appearance of traditional putty glazing. Slate and Tile Clement is the only company to offer two profiles of rooflights for both slate and tile roofs. The rooflights are available in eight standard sizes, which can be delivered to your door the very next day. Constructed from welded steel sections and provided as 24mm double glazed, argon gas filled units, they all come with self-cleaning glass as standard. Clement’s rooflights have been rigorously tested against air, wind and rain and achieved a BFRC Window Energy Rating of A+.
