Gareth brings a wealth of experience and results to NBP’s nationwide network of Super Depots. He joins the company following a 20-year career leading marketing departments within the UK’s largest building brands. Previously, Gareth spent more than 15 years at Saint-Gobain Building Distribution, primarily as the marketing director of national builder’s merchant Jewson, as well as a period at Gibbs & Dandy. NBP says Gareth is well-equipped to steer its marketing as the business sets new targets for both growth and innovation. New Head of Marketing “I was especially attracted to NBP because of its culture, professionalism, and genuine authenticity,” Gareth explains. “I see vast opportunity here to make a significant impact and contribute to the bigger growth picture. Multi-channel opportunities to advance our customers’ experience through communication are particularly exciting for me, as this is where I have seen significant success. “Ultimately, NBP wants to aid its customers to do what they want, when they want, and how they want. And the best way to get that information is through customer insights and genuine on-the-ground feedback.” Next Phase for NBP Looking ahead, Gareth sees the next phase for NBP to include a “strengthened, seamless, and intuitive customer journey, that not only meets but exceeds expectations” – a vision shared by Managing Director Jono Green. “Gareth has a steadfast commitment to customer journey and satisfaction, which he has continually demonstrated in his previous roles,” says Jono. “We are already seeing how this perfectly complements the plans we have for NBP, and his appointment solidifies the strong position and reputation the business has worked so hard to build.” >> Read more about NBP in the news Previous article Insulation Specialist Backs Scientists’ Call for Climate ActionNext article Glenigan Forecasts Brighter Outlook for Construction in Late 2024 Share article You may also like View all News Industry News +2 4 March 2026 SIG plc Reports Flat Revenue but Higher Operating Profit for 2025 Industry News +3 2 March 2026 SR Timber Showcases New Branding to Reinforce Customer Confidence Industry News +2 2 March 2026 MKM Continues Expansion with Two New Branches Awards and Events +3 19 February 2026 SIG Roofing 2026 Roadshow Brings Together Over 300 Industry Professionals Sign Up to Roofing Today Stay up to date with all of the latest news from Roofing Today by signing up to our weekly Bulletins… Sign Up Today Get in Touch Check out the latest issue 123 March-April 2026 View Now Past Issues Get in Touch
