Milestone Expansion for Edinburgh Roofing Firm

APEX ROOFING Contracts is celebrating the milestone expansion of its Edinburgh office following a period of growth across its residential and commercial roofing operations.

The roofing contractor has taken over and fully refurbished the lower floor of its existing premises. The firm says the extra space will create additional capacity to support its growing team and increasing demand for its specialist roofing services, particularly within the commercial sector, after securing major contracts for phased re-roofing projects, and recurring maintenance service packages.

Milestone Expansion

Founded in 2008, Apex Roofing Contracts has a workforce of more than 30 people, supported by around 15 specialist subcontracting squads. The company delivers a range of roofing projects, from residential repairs and replacements to large-scale commercial over-cladding schemes. Apex also holds specialist accreditations for working on Edinburgh’s many listed buildings.

As an approved roofing contractor for the City of Edinburgh Council, the contractor has played a role in maintaining and restoring some of the city’s most historically significant buildings. In addition to its work across Edinburgh, the company’s services extend throughout the central belt and as far south as Northern England, ensuring a broad reach while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
