​JCT Announces 2024 Standard Building Contract Release

JCT HAS ANNOUNCED that the 2024 edition of the Standard Building Contract family will be released on 21 August 2024.

The documents will be available via the JCT online store.

Customers will have instant access on 21 August via the JCT On Demand digital format, or through the JCT Construct digital subscription service.

The contracts will also be available to order in traditional hardcopy from the same date. There will be no pre-order period.

Tracked change versions of the Standard Building Sub-Contracts and Collateral Warranty documents will also be available via the Docdel service.

Standard Building Contract 2024

The documents that will be included as part of the release are:

• Standard Building Contract Without Quantities 2024 (SBC/XQ 2024)
• Standard Building Contract With Approximate Quantities 2024 (SBC/AQ 2024)
