THE GRENFELL TOWER fire Inquiry is resuming hearings on 6 July in London with limited attendance hearings.

The Inquiry panel cautioned that hearings will only resume if it is safe to do so and will also continue to be streamed online.

The panel has said that members of the Panel, Counsel to the Inquiry, the witness, their legal representative and any person providing immediate support, Inquiry staff, contractors and a member of the Press Association can attend.

However, while the Panel says it is particularly keen for the bereaved, survivor and resident community to return they say “ it is too early to suggest when or how that might be possible”.

So far, the Inquiry has disclosed 20,752 documents in Phase 1, and 154, 333 in Phase 2, coming to a total of 175,085.
