Glidevale Protect’s Whole House Solution – Everything Under One Roof

GLIDEVALE PROTECT has launched its Whole House Solution – a new interactive web-based specification tool offering housebuilders and specifiers seamless navigation of its complete building envelope product range, from pitched roofing underlays and roofing ventilation to construction membranes and loft hatches.

The new resource, available here, has been designed to make it easier than ever to navigate through Glidevale Protect’s extensive range of products and show users how they can be effectively used on real-life homes.

Whole House Solution

Offering one of the broadest ranges of roofing products on the market, Glidevale Protect’s portfolio covers underlays, high and low level ventilation, and a vast array of roofing accessories. When installed together as a system solution, these products work together to ensure adequate roof space ventilation in accordance with BS 5250, minimising the risk of condensation.

The company’s roofing underlays are suitable for cold and warm pitched roofs and can be used with all types of roof covering, including when in-roof solar is installed. The range includes air and vapour impermeable (type HR), vapour permeable and airtight (type LR) and air and vapour permeable (type LR) underlays – all providing reliable protection against wind-driven rain and snow as a second line of defence.

Developed to work hand in hand with its underlays, Glidevale Protect’s roofing ventilation solutions are suitable for all types of roofs. Its high level ventilation range features dry fix ridge and hip ventilation, as well as slate and tile vents with more than 450 tile profiles covering the majority of tile and slate profiles on the market, while eaves and abutment ventilation products offer effective low level ventilation solutions.
