The milestone sale of shares provides a sum of “substantial value” for the Hall family, says Logros Advisory Partners who advised the shareholders on the investment. The family will retain an interest in the business, while BCF Equity Partners will support the existing management team, led by Liz Cammack, Jemma Green and Julia White, as the business pursues its next phase of growth. From Family Innovation to Established Business Genius Roof Solutions began in 1996, when roofer Jimmy Hall invented the original Hallclip, a product designed to make roofing installation simpler, safer and more efficient. Building on that, the family established the business in 2004 and developed a portfolio of specialist products serving the roofing and solar installation markets. Based in Leyland, Lancashire, Genius Roof Solutions offers products including Hallclip, SolarFlash and SpeedFlash, supplying customers through distributors in the UK and internationally. The business has grown through product innovation, commercial development and a strong commitment to solving practical challenges for roofing professionals. In March 2026, Liz Cammack of Cammack Consultancy was appointed to support the business’s strategic development, with a focus on strengthening its performance and driving shareholder value. Next Chapter The investment brings together BCF Equity Partners’ experience and capabilities with the established management team and the foundations the Hall family has built, the company says. It expects the move will be an opportunity to accelerate the company’s development, expand its market presence and build on the strength of its product portfolio. For the Hall family, the transaction achieves an important balance between realising value from the business they have built and maintaining an interest in its future growth, it says. Jimmy Hall, founder of Genius Roof Solutions, said: “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built as a family, from the original Hallclip invention to the business Genius Roof Solutions is today. The transaction marks an exciting new chapter, and I’m delighted that BCF Equity Partners will be supporting the team as they take the business forward. “Brian, Lee and the team at Logros have been excellent throughout the process. Their advice, commitment and negotiating expertise helped us achieve an outstanding outcome for the family, while ensuring we can continue to share in the future success of the business.” Simon Stephenson, at BCF Equity Partners, added: “We are delighted to be investing in Genius Roof Systems. It’s a great business renowned for its innovation, and we look forward to working with Jemma, Julia and Liz in its next chapter of growth” Brian Higgins for Logros Advisory Partners, commented: “Genius Roof Solutions is an outstanding example of a family-owned British business built on innovation and product integrity, with strong financial performance and significant growth potential. “Our role was to help the shareholders navigate their options, secure the right investment partner and negotiate a transaction that delivered significant value for the family while preserving their participation in future growth. BCF Equity Partners is an excellent fit, and we’re delighted to have achieved an outcome that meets the shareholders’ objectives and supports the management team’s ambitions.” >> Read more of the latest roofing news Previous article Roofers Need Level 3 for Supervisory Progression say Roofing TutorsNext article Occupational Health Risk Management in Construction Share article You may also like View all News Apprenticeships +3 20 October 2026 Roofers Need Level 3 for Supervisory Progression say Roofing Tutors Industry News +2 20 October 2026 TrustMark Appoints New CEO Industry News +3 19 October 2026 SR Timber Supplies Batten for In-Roof Solar Training Rigs Check out the latest issue 126 September-October 2026 View Now Past Issues Get in Touch Sign Up to Roofing Today Stay up to date with all of the latest news from Roofing Today by signing up to our weekly Bulletins… Sign Up Today Get in Touch
