As a technical expert, Chris Roberts will help to maximise the company’s offering to clients, while driving forward its commitment to quality standards and to supporting a smart, affordable energy transition. Clean Energy Expert Chris has been in the UK renewables industry for 20 years having founded and managed a variety of start-ups focusing on solar and battery storage. As a founder and non-executive director of the UK solar PV standards body, the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), Chris has built relationships with industry leaders across the UK. Chris also managed the UK government’s first multi-technology renewable energy grant scheme – Clear Skies.
