Fixfast Group Acquires OSC Sales

The Fixfast Group has acquired 100% of OSC Sales, a specialist construction fixings provider, and its brand portfolio: Carpenters Mate, Orbix, and Optimaxx.

The move is designed to strengthen Fixfast’s capability and broaden the company’s understanding of construction fasteners in adjacent markets. The aim is to build additional expertise and resource. Fixfast says “It means we can grow across the construction sector, and continue improving how we serve the full supply chain, while staying true to Fixfast’s purpose of Confidence in every connection”.

For OSC Sales, joining the Fixfast Group provides UK manufacturing capability, creating “a supply chain resilience that is unique in the market”. It will generate increased resource, technical capability, and engineering expertise, as well sharing in Fixfast’s accreditations.

OSC Acquisition

As part of the acquisition, OSC shareholders will become shareholders in the wider Fixfast Group.

Retaining the OSC Brands, Fixfast will be continuing their exclusive distributor-based route to market, and will not be selling direct to consumers.
