The company has signed a pledge to work with their strategic suppliers and manufacturers to drive CCPI conformance and raise standards in the industry. In becoming a CCPI Supporter, Lyons & Annoot Ltd will require the construction products suppliers in their supply chain to register with CCPI and ensure that their product information is assessed against the CCPI. The pledge includes a focus that CCPI conformance will be delivered as soon as possible and includes a timebound commitment. CCPI Supporters introduce this commitment into supply agreements as a preference and prefer working with strategic suppliers and manufacturers who prioritise delivery of CCPI assessment and conformance. CCPI Demand-Side Supporters Amanda Long, Chief Executive of CPI Ltd, said: “I am delighted to welcome Lyons & Annoot to our CCPI Demand-side Supporters as our first subcontractor organisation. We are seeing CCPI rapidly becoming a ‘must have’ for businesses that want to be fit for purpose to be part of the future of the industry. We strongly encourage other demand-side organisations to join our community of organisations who are committed to supporting CCPI to raise standards in product information and marketing.” Dave Mills, Business Development Director of Lyons & Annoot Ltd, added: “It is a great honour that we are the first CCPI subcontractor Demand-side Supporter. We will be requesting our strategic supply chain to make progress in ensuring that they are CCPI compliant. This is not a ‘nice to have’, this will be a ‘must have’ for suppliers of materials that are used in the buildings and projects in which we work. We review the competencies and the Skills, Knoweldge, Experience and Behaviours of our operating teams, we need to be carrying out the same due diligence with the materials that we use- and Lyons & Annoot are delighted that an organisation like CPI are working on this as this is something that has been missed by so many.’’ To find out more about becoming a CCPI Supporter email enquiries@cpicode.org.uk to request a CCPI Supporter Pledge. >> Read more about CCPI in the news Previous article Multiple Site Failures Land Property Developer £45k FineNext article York Minster’s Solar Upgrade Prioritises Sustainability and Safety Share article You may also like View all News Industry News +2 20 March 2026 RA Issues Revised Safety Guidance on Rooflight Covers Awards and Events +3 20 March 2026 The Great British Slate Off Returns for 2026 Green Roofs +3 20 March 2026 Swansea Joins Global Network of Biophilic Cities Sign Up to Roofing Today Stay up to date with all of the latest news from Roofing Today by signing up to our weekly Bulletins… Sign Up Today Get in Touch Check out the latest issue 123 March-April 2026 View Now Past Issues Get in Touch
