Denholm Group Acquires WPA Construction Group Ltd

THE DENHOLM GROUP has acquired WPA Construction Group Ltd, and its subsidiary Weatherproofing Advisors Ltd, the commercial roofing contractor.

The acquisition, completed on 11 June, reinforces The Denholm Group’s investments in high-quality businesses with shared values, technical excellence and operational integrity, the company says.

WPA continues to operate under its name and the management teams remain unchanged.

Stating that services will be supported by the scale, strength and resources of the Denholm Group, Steve Hill, Managing Director of Denholm Industrial Service Division, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome WPA to the Denholm Group.
