CITB Skills & Training Conference CITB’s Skills and Training Conference aims to give construction companies, employers and training providers the opportunity to gain one-to-one support on accessing funding from CITB and its services. The event is also an opportunity for CITB to engage and consult with its registered employers and training providers face to face. Deb Madden said: “Attending one of our conferences and hearing directly from us is the best way to learn about what’s on offer from CITB. It also gives employers the chance to network with like-minded companies and meet with training providers.” Earlier this week, the Welsh Government announced its final Budget for 2026-2027, and within the £1.2 billion pot, it committed a further £100 million of revenue and capital funding, which will support Welsh Government priorities including apprenticeships and further education.
