Cardo Group Acquires Glasgow Roofing Contractor

Cardo Group has announced the acquisition of Faskin Group, a well-established roofing business based in Paisley, Scotland.  

Faskin Group was founded in 2010 by Frank and Karen O’Hara who have over 50 years of combined experience. Under their leadership Faskin Group has grown into one of Scotland’s established names in roofing.

Cardo Group operates nationally as a provider of building maintenance and retrofit services for social housing and public sector buildings.

Cardo Group say they were attracted by Faskin’s approach which has earned a strong reputation for excellence, long-standing client relationships, and significant repeat business. Bringing Faskin Group’s highly skilled local workforce into Cardo will add specialist local roofing expertise and the ability to offer more value to Cardo’s clients nationally.

Faskin Group will continue to operate under the leadership of Frank and Karen O’Hara as the company integrates into the Cardo Group over the coming months.
