Cardo Group Acquires Another RMI Addition

Cardo Group, provider of building maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement services across England and Scotland, has acquired Bellshill-based Trident Maintenance Services Ltd.

The transaction completes the sixth acquisition in the past 12 months by Cardo, that last spring acquired Breyer Group’s roofing division.

Since then, the company has acquired SERS Energy Solution in June 2025; CTS in September; Gunfire in December and the Faskin Group in January 2026.

Trident has clients in the social housing, healthcare, education, custodial, and commercial sectors, delivering planned maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement programmes.

The acquisition strengthens Cardo Group’s national footprint, enhancing regional capacity across England and Scotland, broadening technical expertise, and creating additional opportunities for local employment, training, and skills development.
