Pagabo Framework The four-year framework aims to provide Pagabo’s customers with the confidence to select a contractor, that has already been taken through a procurement process, speeding up appointment and enabling projects to mobilise efficiently. Woodhead Group is one of 46 national and regional contractors covering three different value bands, offering a choice of relevant companies to those organisations looking to appoint.
