The six-strong team (pictured above) is on hand every day to offer advice and product information on everything customers need to know about roofing, including information around technical specifications and fitting instructions, while pointing people towards the most compatible products for the job in hand. New Radcliffe Roofing Centre The new facility, which launched in April, is steered by Beesley & Fildes‘ roofing product manager Steve Linacre who has more than 40 years’ worth of building experience, branch manager Mark Fox, and in branch roofing expert Nick Ashe. The centre incorporates clearly signposted displays that easily enable customers to select and purchase the many brands on offer. This includes an extensive range of popular trade products, such as tools and equipment, all at competitive prices from a host of respected manufacturers. The selection is designed to cover all roofing eventualities, from a simple repair to more complex projects, while ensuring that the branch benefits from increased grab and go sales. Among the items showcased, are Timloc tile vents, Marley’s full system for solar panels and Firestone’s rubber for flat roofs, as well as lanterns, slates and felts to suit all roofing needs. Product Training Courses In addition to this, Beesley & Fildes offers training courses so that customers can quickly familiarise themselves with new products to market, such as Cromar’s seamless Flexiglass resin roof system. Beesley & Fildes’ wider team of roofing specialists are also available during the counter’s opening hours to offer expert advice to any questions customers might have for them, no matter how niche. This includes guidance around technical specifications and fitting instructions, while pointing them towards the most compatible products for the job in hand. This results in customers being able to quickly and effectively select the items they need, without experiencing long lead times or encountering issues around diminished stock levels. Beesley & Fildes Roofing Product Manager, Steve Linacre, said: “We’re truly excited about our latest venture because it’s completely new to Radcliffe and provides an ideal location for the entire area’s roofing trade. It’s a place where customers can instantly identify what they need and trust that every item offers premium quality and ease of use. “Visitors can also rest assured that, when choosing our products, many of which are the trade’s trusted mainstay lines and new launches, there are consistent stock levels, alongside technical support. We also offer great value for money and this has resulted in us being extremely busy since opening. The feedback from our customers has been great so far and this all points to a promising year that’s filled with huge sales potential.” The new counter is located at Beesley & Fildes, Lord Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 3BA. The branch is open from Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm. >> Read more about Beesley & Fildes in the news Previous article Don & Low Announces New Distribution Strategy for Industry Leading Roofing Membrane RoofshieldNext article Best UK Housebuilding Site Managers Win National Accolades Share article You may also like View all News Industry News +2 20 March 2026 RA Issues Revised Safety Guidance on Rooflight Covers Awards and Events +3 20 March 2026 The Great British Slate Off Returns for 2026 Green Roofs +3 20 March 2026 Swansea Joins Global Network of Biophilic Cities Featured Solutions +3 19 March 2026 Flush Fitting Rooflights by Clement Sign Up to Roofing Today Stay up to date with all of the latest news from Roofing Today by signing up to our weekly Bulletins… Sign Up Today Get in Touch Check out the latest issue 123 March-April 2026 View Now Past Issues Get in Touch
