Avonside Announce Acquisition of Danescourt Roofing Ltd

AVONSIDE GROUP, the UK’s largest roofing services provider, has announced its acquisition of Wolverhampton-based Danescourt Roofing Ltd.

The move is the latest in a series of buyouts, that form part of Avonside’s long-term strategy.

Danescourt are an established and well-respected operation that offer high-quality roofing works throughout the Midlands Region.

Speaking about the recent acquisition, Avonside CEO Tony Burke, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Danescourt into the Avonside family, and I’d like to extend my thanks to both Russell Wood and Robert Meredith for their professionalism throughout the negotiating stages.”

He added: “we can now get down to the business of growing the Danescourt footprint as part of the UK’s most dynamic player within the roofing sector.”
