CCL Facades, the specialist façade division of Caddick Construction Group, has revealed its plans for expansion as the business eyes a target pipeline of £100m across the North and Midlands.

The company stated that its targeted growth follows a period of sustained success, which saw it achieve a £9.6m turnover for its first full trading year ending August 2024. This is projected to grow to £13.1m and £16m respectively for the 2024/25 and 2025/26 financial years, it noted.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Tony Blake, the business has grown from a team of nine to 29 employees.

CCL Facades operates across all of Caddick Construction Group’s key regions, including the North West, North East, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with a growing portfolio of commercial, residential, healthcare, and education projects. The company currently has 10 projects live on site, with a further 22 projects in the pipeline which it values at £99m.

The business added that it is also expanding the reach of Speedpanel, a patented, fully compliant A2-rated glass spandrel panel system, together with its aluminium powder-coated alternative.

Upward Trajectory

Tony Blake, Managing Director at CCL Facades, said: “Our journey over the past three years has been one of transformation and growth. From a small, specialist team, we’ve built a dynamic, award-winning business delivering some of the most technically advanced façades in the UK.

“We’re proud to be strengthening our partnerships both within and beyond the Caddick Group, and our £100 million pipeline reflects the confidence our clients place in us.

“With an exceptional team and innovative solutions like Speedpanel, we’re perfectly positioned to continue this upward trajectory.”
