£300m Roofing Maintenance Framework Winners Announced

MANCHESTER and Sheffield housing association, Great Places Housing Group, has announced the preferred roofing contractor firms to deliver its housing stock maintenance works over the next four years.

Framework firms will be contracted to deliver a £300m programme of housing maintenance across Manchester, Lancashire and Sheffield.

The roofing framework packages are to deliver pitched roofing refurbishments and replacements.

Roofing Framework Winners Announced

The successful roofing framework packages to the value of £20m were awarded in Manchester to BAAS Construction, A. Connolly, Emanuel Whittaker, Allied Roofing and Construction, Jackson, Jackson and Sons, The Casey Group, Westhoughton Roofing and Pointing Services, and Wates Construction.

In Lancashire contracts worth £10m will be delivered by BAAS Construction, A. Connolly, Emanuel Whittaker, Jackson, Jackson and Sons, The Casey Group, and Westhoughton Roofing and Pointing Services.

In Sheffield, contracts worth £5m will be carried out by BAAS Construction, A. Connolly, Jennings Roofing, Avonside Group Services, and Kier Services.
